  • What are the technical requirements?

Version 6 of the Presentia application comprises two main elements:

    • A client application written in Flex for the Adobe AIR runtime. This is installed on users’ computers, and provides the interface for creating and managing presentations.
    • A server application written in .Net. This enables users to share presentations and provides a backup for disaster recovery purposes or to enable users to move computers without losing work. The server application also provides an interface for the management of a Presentia corporate account (eg. for creating Presentia user logins). A centrally managed server is provided by Presentia, which has the server application installed. This is accessible from any computer with an internet connection. Alternatively, an organisation can have the server application installed on a server within their own network.

The technical requirements for the Presentia client application are similar to those for Adobe AIR 2.
